Now we write on diverse topics ranging from Thai Culture to World Politics, but lately it's mostly been a photo-diary about our lives and travels around Asia.
Click here if you're feeling a tad peckish and bravely experimental. But hey, don't expect fried rice. This is a collection made over years of eating all around Asia at local street stalls and out-of-the-way restaurants which can't afford spell-checkers. And I must confess, some of them I declined to sample - for reasons which ought to become bleedin' obvious.

They are CHEVRON, which owns Caltex, Texaco & Unocal, and TOTAL, which owns Elf & Fina. These rogue oil companies have been operating the Yadana natural gas pipeline in southern Burma since the early '90s. The junta takes in an estimated $450 million a year from the Yadana project alone--and uses that money to maintain its brutal control, while most people in Burma live in dire poverty. To keep their profits flowing, Chevron and Total lobby hard in the U.S. and Europe against government measures to support a democratic transition in Burma.
